Third-Party Services

IDology is a third-party Identity verification vendor.

In the Origination app, IDology is used to verify the identity of an applicant. For more information about the implementation of the Identity verification module by using IDology, click here.

authID is a third-party service provider that is used to scan the applicant details from the documents.

In the Origination app, authID is used to prefill the applicant and co-applicant details by scanning the documents. For more information about scanning and prefilling the details, refer to authID.

Plaid is a service used for the purpose of Instant Account Verification (IAV). Instant Account Verification provides an interface to sign in to the from account and verify the account instantaneously.

In the Origination app, Plaid integration is used in the Funding Module. It is invoked when the user chooses to fund by using external accounts.

Google Address Search is used to search for addresses. It also provides suggestions based on your input.

In the Origination app, the Place Autocomplete API is used in the Address and Identification module.

Place Autocomplete is a web service provided by Google. It returns the place predictions in response to an HTTP request. The service is used to provide autocomplete functionality for text-based geographic searches, by returning places such as businesses, addresses, and points of interest as a user type.

Twilio is used to support the voice channel such as SMS.

In the Origination app, Twilio is used in the Verify Phone Number section to send a secure access code to your registered phone number.
